Buttermilk Brined Pulled Chicken Bowl

27 grams carbs, 11.3 grams fat, 43 grams of protein

  • 4 ounces Buttermilk Brined Chicken
  • ¼ sliced Avocado
  • ¼ cup Wild Rice
  • ¼ cup Black Beans
  • 5 ounces Mushrooms
  • ½ cup of Kale
  • 1/3 cup Kimchi
  • Cilantro to taste

Barbacoa Bowl

23 g carbs, 17 grams fat, 48 grams protein

  • 4 ounces Barbacoa
  • 50 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Black Beans
  • ½ cup Kale
  • ¼ cup Quinoa
  • Sliced jalapenos

 

Pulled Pork Bowl

32 grams carbs, 31 grams fat, 32 grams of protein

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces Pulled Pork
  • ¼ cup Corn
  • Scallions (to taste)
  • ¼ cup Quinoa
  • Red and green peppers
  • 2 spears Asparagus
